Meet Pluster Filip Property Group's Team Leader, Katie Filip. Katie is a dynamic real estate professional with a passion for creating a seamless and stress-free real estate experience. Originally diving into the real estate scene in 2015, Katie focused on residential property management. However, it was her personal experience of becoming a first-time homeowner in 2019 that encouraged her to help others with their real estate dreams and goals. Now specializing in residential real estate, Katie has proudly assisted over 100 families in achieving their real estate goals, whether it's selling a property, making a smart investment, or finding the perfect dream home.
A proud alum of UW-Whitewater, Katie holds a degree in Business Administration-Marketing with a focus on Professional Sales and a minor in Advertising. This solid academic foundation, combined with a genuine passion for helping people, sets Katie apart in the competitive real estate market. Currently residing in Delafield with her husband, son, and yellow lab, Tucker, Katie enjoys downtime at the family lake house, spending time with loved ones, or exploring Lake Country.
